Prints
Depending upon the print size, it will be mailed overnight to
you in a protected mailing tube or in a flat parcel. Prints will be sandwiched
between acid-free paper and will include handling instructions. Quoted
prices will include shipping and insurance.
Framed Prints
If you wish, we will arrange for works to be framed by Stanhope
Framers, with locations in Somerville and Boston, MA. They provide very
high quality matting and framing services for collectors, galleries,
and museums in the Boston area. Contact the artist for more detailed
information regarding framing suggestions. Note: All framed artwork sales
are final.
Customer
Proof Approval
Actual printing of the artwork will proceed only when the Customer’s
approval of a proof is received. There is a non-refundable $100 fee at
this stage, which will later be applied to purchase.
The proof is a smaller scale of the selected artwork printed on the final paper
quality and will be color correct. The format will be 11” x 13”.
This proof will serve as the visual acceptance and Customer confirmation to
proceed with the order. Customer Approval occurs upon the Customer signing
the proof as instructions will indicate, and returning the Approved Proof in
a preaddressed provided mailer to arzente art.
Purchase and Return Policy: 48-Hour Buyer Approval Period.
Artwork will be shipped or delivered to the Customer only upon
full payment receipt. Upon receipt of the artwork, the Customer has 48
hours* to determine that the artwork delivered is as described by Arzente
Fine Art. If for any reason the artwork delivered is unsatisfactory,
the artwork can be returned for a full refund, less insured shipping
charges. arzente art will warranty this sales and delivery policy.
Should damage result from the initial shipment to the Customer, the item will be returned to the arzente art and all shipping and handling charges will be paid upon completion of a Damage Statement from the shipping company.
*Please Note: All framed artwork sales are final. The 48 hour Buyer Approval period does not apply.
Each print
is personally signed and stamped by the artist and numbered for authenticity.
Each print is produced using the latest in fine art reproduction technology
and meticulous archival printmaking standards. The resulting Giclée
print is of museum quality, printed with archival inks on fine art papers made
in Europe by Innova and Hahnemühle. Every step of the process is monitored
and approved by the artist and the printer, working together as artists and
their printmakers have done for centuries. Prints that you and your family
can expect to enjoy for over 100 years are printed one at a time to achieve

Each painting is priced ‘as is’. Canvas edges may be painted, may have intentional drips and paint build up. Framing is an option, but not encouraged. Please contact the artist directly to discuss your interest.
